This is Rob. He is the creative and artistic mind behind our delicious creations. Having master level culinary training and many years of experience in the restaurant business, creating and cooking is his passion. His goal is to bring a different flair to food here in Castle Rock--encouraging people to try something new, expand their minds, and make their taste buds do a little dance.

Some of you may also know Rob from the food truck, where it all began, Hottie Rob's Mobile Eats. He finished building it the day before his first little girl was born, then they were off and running a family business just four days later! Since then they've added another adorable little girl to the family! The last 4 years have been an amazing blur of hard work and extremely long days, but family makes it all worth while.
